· May 8, 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT: For many small businesses, the Web is both a tool for growth and a source of frustration. But there’s no denying that every small business needs a plan to tackle it. Melinda Emerson (@SmallBizLady) will provide advice on how to make the most of social channels and online tools to engage customers, build reputation and win business. Melinda is the host of #Smallbizchat, a weekly talk show on Twitter, and the best-selling author of “Become Your Own Boss in 12 Months; A Month-by-Month Guide to a Business that Works.”

· May 15, 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT: Is your branding helping or hurting to draw customers to your small business? Anita Campbell (@smallbiztrends) will share common branding mistakes and tips on how to fix them. Campbell is the founder and CEO of the award-winning SmallBizTrends.com and co-author of the new book “Visual Marketing: 99 Proven Ways for Small Businesses to Market with Images and Design.”

· May 22, 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT: In business, it’s who you know. Gene Marks (@GeneMarks) will share his insights on how to use networking and lead generation to grow small business revenue in 2012. Gene is the author of five books as well as a weekly blogger for The New York Times, Forbes and The Huffington Post, among others. He’s also a small business owner himself—his firm specializes in providing customer relationship management services to small and medium sized businesses.

Joining the conversation is as simple as tweeting a comment or question during each session and including the #FedExOffice hashtag. Small business owners are also encouraged to submit questions in advance of each weekly session to the @FedExOffice Twitter handle, either via direct message or in a tweet using the #FedExOffice hashtag.
