The UPS Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.62 per share on all outstanding Class A and Class B shares.

The dividend is payable September 4, 2013, to shareowners of record on August 19, 2013.

UPS boosted its dividend by nearly 9% earlier this year. The company has paid either stock or cash dividends every year since 1955 and has more than tripled its dividend since it went public at the end of 1999.
