US 05/07/15AtlantaThe UPS (NYSE: UPS) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.73 per share on all outstanding Class A and Class B shares.
Earlier this year, the UPS Board increased the regular quarterly dividend by 9% to the current level of $0.73 per share.
The dividend is payable June 3, 2015, to shareowners of record on May 18, 2015.

The UPS (NYSE: UPS) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.73 per share on all outstanding Class A and Class B shares.

The dividend is payable June 3, 2015, to shareowners of record on May 18, 2015.

Earlier this year, the UPS Board increased the regular quarterly dividend by 9% to the current level of $0.73 per share. UPS’s dividend has more than quadrupled since the year 2000, growing at a compounded annual growth rate of more than 10 percent.
