Deutsche Post DHL Group once again raises the number of training positions in Germany

Number of training positions to rise to 2,458 in 2016Nation-wide, comprehensive training in 18 professions and a variety of academic courses of studyDeutsche Post DHL Group will be offering 2,458 new training positions and academic courses of study in the coming year. Young people can apply for a total of 18 training positions and 12 courses of study at the world’s leading postal and logistics company. It is our employees with their effort, dedication and qualifications that ultimately distinguish us from the competition.”The majority of training positions offered by Deutsche Post DHL Group are found in the Post – eCommerce – Parcel division (PeP). Here, 2,002 training positions will be created next year, primarily dedicated to turning young people into courier, express and postal service specialists. In addition to traditional training opportunities, Deutsche Post DHL Group also offers the prospect of starting an integrated degree program (Duales Studium).

That is why four U.S. carriers – Atlas Air, FedEx, Hawaiian Airlines, and JetBlue – have come together to defend our Open Skies agreements. UPS Integrad To Open In Atlanta

The new UPS Integrad® facility bolsters UPS’s growing portfolio of advanced training sites, increasing the pace of preparing UPS drivers to serve customers safely and efficiently. Headquartered in Atlanta, UPS serves more than 220 countries and territories worldwide. Since the first UPS Integrad site opened in Landover, Md., in 2007, UPS has seen dramatic improvement in safety, production and service indices, as well as workforce retention. The Atlanta facility is expected to open in December. UPS Integrad training uses a mixture of 3-D computer simulations, webcast learning modules and traditional classroom instruction to complement activity in a controlled environment to reinforce safety, delivery and customer service training.
