The Top Employers Institute annually conducts a survey of HR best practices around the world.

DHL Express, the world’s leading international express services provider, has once again been recognized as one of the world’s leading employers. The company was one of just eight companies to be certified as a Top Employer Global 2016. For the second year running, DHL was also the only company to be certified in every continent around the world. The Top Employers Global Certification is a program organized by the Top Employers Institute, designed to recognize employers that globally create the optimal conditions for their employees to develop, professionally and personally.
