Acadia Natl. Park first of 16 stamps celebrating National Park Service centennial

Awed by its beauty and diversity, early 20th-century visionaries donated the land that became Acadia National Park. Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, METhe stamp image depicting the Bass Harbor Head Light was photographed by David Muench. For more information about the Postal Service, visit usps.com and usps.com/postalfacts. Dedication ceremonies also will take place at or near each of the National Parks depicted on the stamps. The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.

DHL will also manage two Lufthansa Service Centers at the Frankfurt and Munich airports.
