Postal Service celebrates four of winter’s winged beauties with the Birds in Winter Forever stamps. The stamps feature the black-capped chickadee (Poecile atricapillus), the northern cardinal (Cardinalis cardinalis), the blue jay (Cyanocitta cristata) and the red-bellied woodpecker (Melanerpes carolinus).
