The new service allows customers to hand over their shipment to the DHL Freight network up to five business prior to transport, fix the delivery date and have their shipment delivered exactly on time. The new service provides DHL Freight customers with added flexibility and precision when planning production processes and supply chains. When ordering Freight EuroConnect service, customers simply select the Fixed Delivery Day service as an additional option. In Germany and Sweden, customers with domestic shipments can also specify the time of delivery (delivery before 10.00 am or before 12.00 noon).
