The UPS Foundation Commits $14 Million To Support Community Safety Programs

“Initiatives that aid refugees and advance community safety have never been more critical,” said Eduardo Martinez, president of The UPS Foundation and chief diversity and inclusion officer at UPS. Fundación Gonzalo Rodríguez – in support of The Child Passenger Safety Educators Training Program, which provides training on child road safety. Founded in 1951, The UPS Foundation leads its global citizenship programs and is responsible for facilitating community involvement to local, national, and global communities. Since the program’s inception, The UPS Foundation has given $12.5 million in total Road Code contributions. The UPS Foundation also will support the Asia Injury Prevention Foundation’s “Helmets for Kids” and “Safe Roads.

Collaborative robots will transform logistics

The Group trials collaborative robots in selected warehouse sites to find solutions for transforming supply chains.
