Information about other 2017 UPS rate changes and additional charges will be made available on the site on November 18, 2016. Further, UPS Freight announced an average net 4.9 percent general rate increase effective September 19, 2016. Daily rates for UPS U.S. Air and International services will increase an average net 4.9 percent. Ground service Daily rate will increase by an average net 4.9 percent. UPS Air Freight rates within and between the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, will increase an average net 4.9 percent, also effective December 26, 2016.

FedEx Ground to Increase 2013 RatesMEMPHIS, TENN., Nov. 30, 2012 – FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) will increase shipping rates for FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery by a net average of 4.9% effective January 7, 2013. The FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery full average rate increase of 5.9% will be partially offset by adjusting the fuel price threshold at which the fuel surcharge begins, reducing the fuel surcharge by one percentage point. Details of surcharge changes and new rates for FedEx Ground will be available at fedex.com/us/2013rates on Dec. 7, 2012. FedEx previously announced on Sept. 18, 2012 that it will increase shipping rates for FedEx Express by a net average of 3.9% for U.S. domestic, U.S. export and U.S. import services also effective January 7, 2013. FedEx Freight implemented a 6.9% general rate increase on July 9, 2012.

(NYSE: FDX) will increase shipping rates for FedEx Express by a net average of 3.9% for U.S. domestic, U.S. export and U.S. import services effective January 2, 2012. FedEx Freight implemented a 6.75% general rate increase on Sept. 6, 2011. The full average rate increase of 5.9% will be partially offset by adjusting the fuel price threshold at which the fuel surcharge begins, reducing the fuel surcharge by two percentage points.
